TClarke | Central London – The Gherkin
TClarke is looking to appoint an Administrator to join one of our specialist divisions, based from our Central London Head Office in The Gherkin.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to join an established team within one of the UK’s leading building services contractors.
The Role
Working closely with the wider division, you will provide day-to-day administrative support and help ensure the smooth running of the team.
Typical responsibilities will include:
- Providing general administrative support to the division
- Managing emails, correspondence and documentation
- Preparing reports, spreadsheets, presentations and meeting information
- Organising meetings, diaries and appointments
- Maintaining accurate electronic records and filing systems
- Updating internal systems, trackers and databases
- Raising and processing documentation where required
- Supporting managers with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Liaising with internal departments, project teams, suppliers and other stakeholders
- Assisting with ad-hoc duties to support the wider team

About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
- A strong communicator with a professional approach
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities
- Proactive, reliable and willing to support the wider team

Previous administration experience would be beneficial
Previous experience within construction, engineering or building services would be advantageous but is not essential.
