Location: Bromsgrove, Worcestershire

Starting Salary: National Minimum wage

Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday

Due to continued success and increased workload we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Administrator to join our friendly team in Bromsgrove.

As an Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our office operations. This is an excellent opportunity to earn while you learn, gaining hands-on experience in a professional environment while working towards a recognised qualification in Business Administration.

Administrator Key Responsibilities

  • Providing general administrative support to the team
  • Answering phone calls and handling emails professionally to customers regarding their orders and deliveries
  • Filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records
  • Checking stock levels
  • Raising orders
  • Chasing deliveries and calling customers to check the status
  • Supporting the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks

The successful Administrator will have:

  • Previous office administration experience and some customer service skills would be an advantage but most importantly you must not be afraid to talk to customers on the phone
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team
  • Good IT skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths, Grade 4/C or above (preferred)
