£13.45 per hour | Part Time | Hybrid Working (3 days office / 2 days WFH)

Our client is a well established, fast-paced business based in Exeter, known for the strong relationships it builds with its clients and for the events it runs throughout the year. They are looking for a part-time Administrator to provide vital support to a busy team of six.

Working 20 hours per week across five days, this is a varied and hands-on role at the heart of a busy office. This part-time role would suit someone looking to balance work around other commitments.

The Role:

This role suits someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a busy, people-focused environment. You will provide day-to-day administrative support to the team, with particular care taken over the accuracy and presentation of customer-facing documents. You will also play an active part in preparing for the four events the business runs each year, helping to ensure everything is organised and in place ahead of time.

Responsibilities for the Administrator:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to a busy team of six
  • Prepare and check customer-facing documents, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Support the planning and delivery of four events held throughout the year, ensuring everything is in place ahead of time
  • Respond flexibly to the changing needs of a busy office

Requirements for the Administrator include:

  • Experience in an administrative role, supporting others
  • A positive, can-do attitude
  • Confident, personable and comfortable liaising with a range of people
  • Excellent attention to detail, particularly when producing customer-facing documents
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
