We’re looking for an Administrator to join our busy Stockton service.

You’ll provide the coordination, accuracy and day-to-day support that helps our teams stay focused on what matters most—delivering high-quality support to people who use our services.

As a key point of contact, you’ll respond to calls and visitors professionally, maintain accurate records and help create an organized and welcoming environment.

Your support will give frontline colleagues more time to focus on helping people achieve their goals.

Where you’ll work

  • Location: 32-34 William Street, Stockton on Tees, Stockton Recovery Service
  • Contract: Permanent
  • Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week

Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and any associated payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.

Responsibilities

About you

You’re organized, approachable and comfortable balancing different priorities.

You understand that accuracy matters, but so does the way people are treated.

You’ll bring:

  • Experience of general office and administrative processes.
  • Good IT skills, including word processing and data entry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence working with numbers and maintaining accurate information.
  • The ability to remain calm, organized and responsive in a busy environment.
  • A compassionate and non-judgmental approach to people using our services.
  • An understanding of confidentiality and professional boundaries.

An IT or office administration qualification would be welcomed, but it is not essential.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll:

  • Respond to telephone calls, visitors and enquiries promptly and courteously.
  • Process correspondence, complete data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Collate information, statistics and reports.
  • Undertake prescription administration duties including appropriate generation, storage, recording and distribution of prescriptions in line with CGL policy and local procedures.
  • Maintain filing and stationary.
  • Help ensure communication and administrative processes across the service remain effective.
