Through our specialist divisions - topside, marine, subsea, cables, logistics, and industrials, we are a pivotal link in the global offshore energy project chain, ensuring our customers' projects are delivered safely, reliably, and efficiently. We are currently seeking an Administrator to join our Topside Division.

Location

Grimsby, United Kingdom.

Core Purpose

To support the effective implementation and maintenance of the Division's Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental Management Systems.

To provide administrative and operational support through the coordination of QHSE reporting, data analysis, document control activities, and management system administration to ensure compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and applicable legislation.

The position plays a key role in maintaining document integrity, generating performance reports, tracking corrective actions, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the Division.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Export QHSE report data and maintain accurate, up-to-date QHSE dashboards to support effective monitoring and reporting.
  • Work closely with the QHSE Manager to support the successful delivery of the Divisional Internal Audit Plan.
  • Act as a member of the internal audit team, supporting the delivery of planned audits and associated activities.
  • Administer and maintain the Division’s document control system, ensuring documentation is accurate, up to date, and appropriately managed.
  • Manage the issue, revision, and distribution of the Division’s controlled documents, ensuring appropriate version control is maintained.
  • Review, approve, and upload Divisional documents to the shared document library, ensuring accuracy and compliance with document control requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date Divisional Document Registers, ensuring effective tracking and control of documentation.

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in an administrative role, ideally with similar responsibilities.
  • Excellent IT skills, with strong proficiency across Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Confident and professional, with the ability to use initiative and take a proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Awareness of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards, including requirements, implementation, and/or auditing, would be advantageous. Relevant training can be provided if required.
  • Document Control qualification would be advantageous but is not essential, as relevant training can be provided.
  • Internal Audit training would be advantageous but is not essential, as relevant training can be provided.
  • Full, valid UK driving license.
