About The Role

An experienced Administrator is required for a full-time position in Oxley, paying £12.71 per hour. Working Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, you will serve as the initial contact for visitors and callers. Your duties involve managing incoming telephone enquiries, directing them appropriately, and performing general clerical tasks. Responsibilities

As the first point of contact for the business, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls and transferring them to the relevant departments
  • Welcoming visitors and providing a professional reception service
  • Managing incoming emails and general correspondence
  • Data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records
  • Providing administrative support to the wider office team
  • Assisting with general office duties as required

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Previous experience in an administration and reception role
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A confident and professional telephone manner
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • A positive, reliable, and proactive approach to work
