Do you have strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines? We have an exciting opportunity for a Projects Administrator to join our team based in Aldershot.
As a Projects Administrator, you’ll manage engineer and subcontractor diaries, monitor project progress from start to finish, and work closely with the Commercial Team to ensure accurate and efficient billing. You’ll help ensure works are delivered on time, to the required standard, and with a positive experience for service families.
You will play a key role in coordinating project works within the Family Funded (Billable Works) stream, as well as supporting the wider Projects Team.
Responsibilities (but Not Limited To)
- Creating, managing, and maintaining all Project folders from initiation to completion.
- Liaising with families on works and ensuring they receive clear and timely information.
- Preparing, issuing, and managing delivery of completion packs to clients.
- Managing workflows in our CRM system to support with project completion and billing.
- Providing regular status updates to clients and attend project review calls as required.
- Assisting the Senior Project Manager and wider team with progression and coordination of works.
- Raising purchase orders (POs)

What We’re Looking For
- Proven administrative experience, ideally within construction, maintenance or housing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident user of Microsoft 365 applications.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
