Administrator

Celestial Windows & Conservatories Ltd

Riverside Park Industrial Estate, Middlesbrough

Position: Administrator

Location: Riverside Park Industrial Estate, Middlesbrough

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (subject to probation period)

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:00pm (35 hours per week)

Salary: Dependant on experience

About Us

Celestial Windows & Conservatories Ltd is a well-established home improvement company dedicated to providing outstanding products and customer service. We are looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused Administrator to join our friendly team and support the day-to-day running of our busy office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating and updating customer contracts and works orders within our CRM system.
  • General office administration, answering customer communications, filing and data entry.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for telephone and web enquiries.
  • Contacting customers to arrange appointments and provide updates on the progress of their works.
  • Managing and responding to the sales & admin email inbox.
  • Coordinating staff diaries and schedules.
  • Providing administrative support across the business as required.

Essential Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong IT and computer skills.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
  • A professional and confident telephone manner with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
