Safer Hand Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join a busy care home environment in Tipton on a temporary basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised individual who can provide vital administrative support to the Home Manager and wider team.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering telephone calls, emails and reception enquiries
- Managing filing systems and maintaining accurate records
- Taking minutes at meetings and supporting diary management
- Processing purchase orders, invoices and supplier queries
- Supporting petty cash and resident monies administration
- Assisting with payroll administration, timesheets and agency records
- Supporting recruitment administration and personnel file maintenance
- Maintaining compliance records and ensuring documentation is up to date
- Providing general administrative support to the Home Manager and wider team

Requirements
- Previous administration experience is essential
- Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience handling confidential information
- Ability to work independently and prioritise workload
- Experience within a care home, healthcare or social care setting would be advantageous
- An enhanced DBS check will be required for this role
