Emtec Energy is a leading provider of renewable energy solutions, delivering projects across Solar PV, Battery Energy Storage and wider energy infrastructure.
We’re looking for an organised and proactive Energy Administrator to join our team at our Uddingston Head Office.
This is a varied role supporting our project delivery, commercial and wider operational teams. You’ll help keep projects organised from initial contract set-up through to completion, while also providing support across finance, procurement, training, fleet and general business administration.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the set-up and administration of new contracts and projects
- Maintaining project records, trackers, financial documents and reporting information
- Assisting with subcontractor, procurement and invoice administration
- Preparing meeting minutes, site starter packs and project completion documents
- Coordinating travel, accommodation, training and fleet administration
- Processing expenses, credit card reconciliations and financial queries
- Maintaining accurate, compliant and audit-ready records
- Providing general administrative support across the wider Emtec Energy team

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
- A proactive and helpful approach
- Good communication skills
- Able to manage a varied workload and prioritise tasks
