Job Title

We are a well-established and growing organisation with nearly 30 years of success. Based in the Milton Keynes area, we're seeking an experienced Administrator to step into an Operations Coordinator role. With excellent attention to detail and some project exposure, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same.

Basic Salary

  • Up to £30,000

  • Initially an office-based role in Milton Keynes, with the opportunity to move to a hybrid model after your probationary period.

Job Description

As our Administrator / Operations Coordinator, you will support the wider business and contribute to all operational functions, ensuring our clients consistently receive a best-in-class service. Liaising with engineers, tradespeople, and external contractors, your responsibilities will be varied and may range from accurate data entry across multiple systems to acting as a key point of contact and representative of our business with long-standing clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Taking maintenance calls and dealing with queries from tenants, clients, and contractors
  • Logging and coordinating maintenance jobs from start to finish
  • Prioritising reactive maintenance requests and making sure the right person is sent to the job
  • Obtaining quotations and arranging works
  • Raising purchase orders and processing invoices
  • Keeping job records, systems, and documentation accurate and up to date
  • Chasing outstanding jobs and making sure work is completed within agreed timescales

Person Specification

Above all, we value personality and attitude over specific product or industry experience. We are a small, close-knit team that places integrity, commitment, and a strong work ethic at the heart of everything we do. That said, you will ideally be an experienced Administrator or Coordinator who is comfortable getting involved across all aspects of business administration and enjoys being part of a hands-on, collaborative environment.
