MU Operations Administrator – Kettering (Temp)
Covering Sickness & Absence | Utilities Sector
Finlay Jude Associates are recruiting for an MU Operations Administrator to support multi-utility service connections across sites in the Kettering area. This 6-month temporary role will assist with scheduling, coordination, and administration for gas, electricity, water, and fibre works.
Key Duties
- Schedule multi-utility call-offs and jointing works
- Coordinate meter installs and issue site notifications
- Prepare job packs, drawings, and commissioning documents
- Manage fibre portal activity and operational queries
- Track day works, aborted visits, and corrective actions
- Produce weekly whereabouts reports
- Support planning and operational meetings

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in utilities, multi-utility, or operations admin
- Knowledge of DNO procedures and utility working practices
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Confident IT user (Microsoft Office)
