WE’RE HIRING - PA/ADMINISTRATOR, CAN BE HOME BASED
TG Demolition & Strip Outs Ltd are a growing demolition & Strip-Out company based in Yorkshire and we need an all-round admin support to help us maintain high standards of client liaison, coordinate our workforce and be the right-hand person to our very down-to-earth and very busy MD, Garry Taggart.
Job Description
- Full-time, home based (anywhere in the UK) or 9-2.30 for example - flexible to work within school hours/around child commitments etc
- PA to the Managing Director
- Receiving and replying to email enquiries
- Assessing potential business requests and tenders opportunities
- Arranging site visits
- Booking accommodation all over the UK for site operatives
- Completing forms and paperwork
- Producing & issuing invoices, some possible chasing for payment
- Liaising with Quantity Surveyors to ensure they have all the need to submit tenders for the company
- Social media & marketing daily to promote the company & win new business
- Ad-hoc duties as and when needed

Skills Required
- Good communication
- Good English, grammar & spelling
- Microsoft Office (preferably, as long as you can put letters, emails, posts together, send and receive WhatsApps etc)
- Ability to multitask
- Be creative with social media & marketing
- Quick Books knowledge preferable but the ability to create invoices would be ideal
- Be able to react quickly to any reasonable requests as often clients require site guys, quotes, forms etc quickly
- Be prepared for anything!
