WE’RE HIRING - PA/ADMINISTRATOR, CAN BE HOME BASED

TG Demolition & Strip Outs Ltd are a growing demolition & Strip-Out company based in Yorkshire and we need an all-round admin support to help us maintain high standards of client liaison, coordinate our workforce and be the right-hand person to our very down-to-earth and very busy MD, Garry Taggart.

Job Description

  • Full-time, home based (anywhere in the UK) or 9-2.30 for example - flexible to work within school hours/around child commitments etc
  • PA to the Managing Director
  • Receiving and replying to email enquiries
  • Assessing potential business requests and tenders opportunities
  • Arranging site visits
  • Booking accommodation all over the UK for site operatives
  • Completing forms and paperwork
  • Producing & issuing invoices, some possible chasing for payment
  • Liaising with Quantity Surveyors to ensure they have all the need to submit tenders for the company
  • Social media & marketing daily to promote the company & win new business
  • Ad-hoc duties as and when needed

Skills Required

  • Good communication
  • Good English, grammar & spelling
  • Microsoft Office (preferably, as long as you can put letters, emails, posts together, send and receive WhatsApps etc)
  • Ability to multitask
  • Be creative with social media & marketing
  • Quick Books knowledge preferable but the ability to create invoices would be ideal
  • Be able to react quickly to any reasonable requests as often clients require site guys, quotes, forms etc quickly
  • Be prepared for anything!
