Administrator, Part-Time – Kendal
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to take up an administrative role within our team based in Kendal.
The Role
- Preparing invoices to clients on a monthly basis
- Taking a proactive approach to payment of invoices by liaising with the management team on a regular basis
- Ensuring new jobs are set up in accordance with audit requirements
- Being a key member of the team by assisting with any administrative task as required
- Dealing with face to face and telephone enquiries
- Assisting with general administrative duties
Skills and Experience
- Excellent organisational skills
- Comfortable engaging with clients and the general public
- A positive telephone manner
- Good IT skills using Office 365
- An Administrative qualification would be advantageous
- Prior experience in a similar role would be helpful but not essential as training will be given

This is a part-time position, working 15 hours per week over 3 days, but there is flexibility around this and will be discussed at interview.
