Administrator - £17,194.35 per annum for 20 hours per week – Croydon

Are you a highly organised administrator who thrives in a busy environment? Can you juggle competing priorities, keep things running smoothly, and maintain excellent attention to detail?

At Quo Vadis Trust, we provide specialist supported housing for people living with mental health needs across South-East London. We're looking for a Part-time Administrator to join our Croydon team and play a key role in supporting our services and exciting new housing projects.

The role

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and energetic administrator who enjoys variety and takes pride in delivering high-quality support.

You'll provide essential administrative support across our supported housing services while helping to coordinate the mobilisation of new schemes. No two days will be the same, and you'll be at the centre of keeping projects, records, meetings, and communications organised and on track.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
