We are seeking a motivated and organised Administrator to join our team supporting the delivery of a major project in Inverness. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic project team, contributing to the successful delivery of works from the early planning stages through to construction.
Working in a fast-paced environment, you will play a significant role in providing administrative support to the project team, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of project activities. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with an experienced team while developing your own skills and career within a growing organisation.
Role Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the project team.
- Assist with day-to-day office operations and project administration tasks.
- Maintain project records, documents, and filing systems.
- Support the coordination of meetings, communications, and general project activities.
- Prepare and update reports, spreadsheets, and project documentation.
- Ensure information is accurately recorded and distributed as required.
- Collaborate with team members while also managing individual responsibilities effectively.

Skills, Experience And Qualifications
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
- Confidence working independently as well as part of a team.
- GCSEs or equivalent qualifications.
- Previous administration experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and an initiative-taking approach to work.

About The Energy Business Unit
We have extensive experience in upgrading and replacing energy networks, delivering asset management for major UK energy companies and network operators.
Our transmission and distribution services involve the upgrading and replacement of electricity assets both above and below ground. Within the electricity sector we install and maintain assets, including excavation, laying, and jointing of cables, (fluid filled and XLPe), substations and overhead line, new build, repair, and refurbishment services.
