- Invoice processing and submission
- Keeping up-to-date financial records
- Act as the first point of contact for queries, ensuring they are directed to the correct branch or team member
- Update billing records and follow up on overdue accounts
- Support key clients and ensure their requirements are met on time
Requirements
As a Finance Administrator, you will need...
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Competency in Microsoft Excel and general Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
