Position: Financial Services Administrator

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Services Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This role will involve working closely with our financial advisors and clients to ensure the smooth operation of our financial services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to financial advisors, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing client documents
  • Assist with client onboarding and account opening processes
  • Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and documents for account maintenance and transactions
  • Monitor and update client accounts and transactions in our systems
  • Prepare and distribute reports and statements to clients
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate and organized client records
  • Assist with marketing efforts, including coordinating events and managing social media accounts
  • Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures
  • Other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a financial services or administrative role
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance is a plus
