Are you ready to play a vital role in transforming healthcare delivery?

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-driven MSK Health Administrator to support our Musculoskeletal Rehab (MSK) team. This is your chance to step into a dynamic environment where your coordination skills, initiative, and commitment to service excellence will help improve the lives of patients every day.

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic, and organised individual who takes pride in delivering excellent administrative support. You will have a keen eye for detail, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

If you are passionate about helping others, have strong communication skills, and are looking to develop your career within the NHS, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate data input using patient administration systems such as SystmOne.
  • Provide high-quality reception duties, greeting and booking in patients attending MSK and Pelvic Health clinics.
  • Work closely with the MSK team to ensure all documentation and correspondence are processed accurately and promptly.
  • Monitor and action incoming referrals and triage outcomes, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Support service audits, data collection, and performance reporting as required.
  • Uphold NHS values, promoting dignity, respect, and compassionate care in all interactions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
