Administrator
Location: Brighton (Falmer)
Contract: 6-Month Contract (Potential Extension)
Hours: 37.5 Hours per Week
Start Date: Estimated August 2026
Be the Organising Force Behind a High-Performing Team
Our client is looking for a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrator to join a dynamic People, Customer, Community and Business Improvement team. This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll provide vital support to senior leadership while helping to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations across multiple business functions.

Key Responsibilities
Executive & Leadership Support
- Manage complex calendars and schedules for a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, collate board packs, and arrange meeting logistics.
- Take accurate meeting minutes and track actions through to completion.

People & Recruitment Administration
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities for employees.
- Assist with HR administration and employee-related processes.
- Coordinate interview schedules and candidate communications when required.
Customer Support Administration
- Monitor shared inboxes and help direct customer enquiries to the appropriate teams.
- Maintain accurate customer records and support CRM data integrity and reporting activities.
General Administration & Operations
- Provide flexible administrative support across a range of business functions.
- Assist with cross-functional projects and operational activities as required.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative, coordination, or business support role.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- High level of discretion when handling confidential information.
Desirable
- Experience working within a busy, fast-paced or growing organisation.
