- Address: Thurston, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk IP31 3PB
- Salary: £25,185 - £25,989 pro rata. £18,862 - £19,464 per annum (maximum) £13,929 - £14,373 (minimum)
- Hours: Maximum 32.5, or minimum 24 hours per week, 39 weeks per year
- Contract: Permanent, required from October 2026

Thurston Community College are looking to appoint an engaging and motivated individual to play a crucial role in our Administration Team on the Thurston Campus.
Your main duties will be to assist with providing effective and efficient administrative support. This will involve a range of general office duties including responsibility in achieving high standards and effective communication with the team and parents/carers. Your role will be Administrator for Educational visits and may involve support for reception, attendance and general pastoral admin. The duties will also include first aid with relevant training provided. You will need to be flexible and work with discretion, with the ability to use your own initiative being essential. There are many opportunities within the college not only for training and progression but also to become involved in the wider life of the college.

- The working day is 8.30am – 4.30pm, Monday and Friday and 8.30am – 5pm Tuesday to Thursday. We are open to discussion around working hours and days to support the team.
