Temporary Pensions Administrator
📍 Location: Fitzrovia, London
🕒 Contract: Temporary, on-going
🏢 Working Pattern: Full-time, office-based (8:30am - 5:00pm)
💷 Pay Rate: £15 per hour
✅ Start Date: Immediate
The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Temporary Administrator to join a busy in-house pensions team on an immediate basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to contribute to a fast-paced environment while gaining valuable exposure to pensions administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and distributing all incoming pensions-related post
- Maintaining accurate digital and paper-based filing systems
- Supporting the pensions team with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Updating records, processing data, and preparing correspondence
- Liaising with internal departments and external pension providers
- Ensuring all activities are completed in line with regulatory requirements and internal procedures
- Providing general administrative support to the pensions function as required

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous administration experience, ideally within pensions, financial services, HR, or professional services
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- The ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines
- Confident communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Knowledge of pension schemes or pensions administration would be advantageous but is not essential
