We have an opportunity for an Administrator to join a friendly team working from our Western region and based at our office in Exeter on a permanent basis.
Duties Include
- Support the region and be the main point of contact for any admin-related issues.
- Processing incoming/outgoing post
- Managing the reception area - answering and directing calls
- Responding to email queries or escalating them to the relevant team
- Participate in weekly meetings and record minutes
- Deal with invoice queries
- Additional duties as required
About You
- Experience in administration or customer service
- Microsoft suite to an intermediate level including Word and Excel
