📍 Dartford
Are you an organised, proactive Administrator looking for your next opportunity? We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our growing team based in Dartford.
🔧 About the Role
This is a key administrative position supporting our operational teams to ensure smooth day-to-day delivery of services. You’ll play a vital role in keeping systems updated, supporting engineers and managers, and ensuring client requirements are met efficiently.
✅ What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Proven administrative experience
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Confident communicator (written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to prioritise and work in a fast-paced environment

- Previous experience within Facilities Management

- Raising and managing work orders
- Raising quotes and purchase orders
- Scheduling and coordinating engineers
- Liaising with clients and subcontractors
- Maintaining accurate records and compliance documentation
- Supporting reporting and general office administration
