Role Description
The Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Belfast, providing day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth office and project operations. Responsibilities include:

- Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Updating and maintaining records, databases, and filing systems
- Preparing documents, reports, and invoices as required
- Assisting with scheduling and coordinating staff, vehicles, and equipment for road works
- Supporting the management team with data entry, compliance documentation, and internal communication
- Liaising with clients and suppliers, processing orders
- Supporting health and safety documentation and record-keeping in line with company standards

Qualifications
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, including experience with filing systems, document preparation, and managing office correspondence.
- Proficiency with digital tools such as email, spreadsheets, word processing software, and basic database or CRM systems.
- Effective communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to liaise professionally with clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, record-keeping, and document management, with a focus on compliance and quality standards.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work proactively in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple projects.
- Experience in construction, road works, or a related industry is beneficial, especially familiarity with health and safety documentation and standards.
- Comfort working on-site in an operational environment and collaborating with field teams and management.
- Relevant qualifications in administration, business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) are advantageous.
