I'm supporting a highly respected luxury engineering business in their search for a Research & Documentation Coordinator.

The business designs, restores and delivers bespoke, high-value products for a discerning international client base. Built on craftsmanship, discretion and exceptional customer service, they have developed an enviable reputation within their specialist market.

The Opportunity

Working within the Client Experience team, you'll become the central point for research, documentation and record management, ensuring information is accurate, complete and readily available.

You'll work closely with commercial, finance and operations teams, supporting high-value client projects and helping deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and maintain detailed records relating to client projects, assets and historical information.
  • Manage documentation, CRM records and administrative processes, ensuring complete accuracy.
  • Coordinate import/export, logistics and supporting documentation where required.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers and internal departments to ensure information is shared efficiently.
  • Identify opportunities to improve documentation, sales support and administrative processes.

About You

  • Previous experience within administration, sales support, research or documentation.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
  • Comfortable working with confidential client information and detailed records.
  • Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Curious, proactive and naturally enjoys researching and solving information gaps.

Experience within luxury goods, automotive, logistics, private client services or other detail-driven industries would be advantageous but isn't essential.
