Role Description
The Administrator role at Cress Security Company Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Stafford. The Administrator will handle day-to-day office operations, including managing correspondence, maintaining records and databases, preparing documents and reports, and coordinating schedules and appointments. This role will support service engineers and management with job allocation, customer bookings, and accurate data entry for security installations and maintenance visits. The Administrator will respond to customer inquiries, assist with invoicing and basic financial administration, and ensure that documentation related to security systems and service contracts is kept organized and up to date. The position requires consistent, professional communication and collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain smooth office operations.
