Are you an organised and proactive individual with a passion for administration? Our client, a reputable organisation in the Property sector, is seeking a dedicated Administrator to support their team in Penarth. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment where your skills will make a significant impact.

About The Role

As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
  • Assisting with scheduling and coordinating meetings
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases
  • Preparing reports and presentations
  • Providing exceptional support to team members and management
  • Handling administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations

Key Requirements

To thrive in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
