Are you an organised administrator looking for a new opportunity?

Huntress Recruitment is working with a leading organisation in Yarnton to recruit a Streetworks / Permit Administrator on a 6-month temporary basis.

You don’t need previous streetworks experience. If you have a background in administration, data entry or customer service and are confident using IT systems, you’ll receive full training.

The role

  • Process applications and submit permits for upcoming roadworks and maintenance.
  • Keep internal systems and databases updated with accurate information.
  • Liaise with local highway authorities and internal teams.
  • Monitor deadlines and make sure applications and paperwork are completed accurately and on time.
  • Provide general administrative support to the scheduling and operations team.
  • Deal with emails, data entry and day-to-day queries.

What we're looking for

  • Previous office administration, data entry or customer service experience.
  • Good attention to detail and a methodical approach.
  • Confident using IT systems and able to learn new software quickly.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Organised and able to manage deadlines.
  • A positive, reliable approach and the ability to work well as part of a team.
