Role Description
The Administrator role is a part-time, on-site position based in Belfast. The Administrator will handle daily office tasks such as:
- Managing incoming calls and emails
- Processing orders
- Updating customer and product records
- Preparing basic documents and reports

The Administrator will assist with:
- Scheduling deliveries
- Maintaining stock and pricing information in systems
- Responding to routine customer queries
This position requires consistent attention to detail, organized workload management, and professional communication with internal teams and external customers.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong administrative and organizational skills, including data entry, record keeping, and basic document preparation.
- Candidates should possess customer service and communication skills, with the ability to handle phone and email inquiries clearly and professionally.
- Candidates should possess basic IT and office software skills, including familiarity with email, spreadsheets, and order or invoicing systems.
- Candidates should possess accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to follow procedures and maintain up-to-date information.
- Prior experience in an office, wholesale, or trade counter environment is beneficial, especially within heating or related sectors.
- Ability to work on-site in Belfast, manage part-time hours reliably, and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling prices, invoices, and stock-related information; training will be provided where needed.
