Location: Forest View, Southway, Burgess Hill RH15 9SU
Salary: £13.85 per hour
Hours: 17.5hrs per week
Shift Times: Monday 9am-4.30pm, Tuesday 9am-4.30pm, Thursday 9am-12.30pm

Forest View is a 60-bedded care home located in Burgess Hill, designed specifically for individuals living with dementia. The facility specialises in dementia, residential, and respite care, providing a safe and supportive environment.

As the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors and healthcare professionals, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our home while supporting our Home Manager and wider team.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Welcoming visitors and providing a warm, professional first impression.
- Answering telephone enquiries and managing reception duties.
- Managing filing, correspondence and general office administration.
- Liaising with Head Office departments including Payroll, HR, Finance, Recruitment and Purchasing.
- Supporting petty cash and resident finances
- Assisting with stock control and maintaining accurate records.
