We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Administration Assistant to join our team in Birmingham.
We are looking for an organised, proactive and detail-focused individual to support the smooth day-to-day running of our service and help deliver an excellent experience for our patients and customers.
Working as part of a busy and supportive team, you will play an important role in managing administrative processes across goods in and dispatch services.
You will also help maintain accurate records across company systems, monitor workflows and contribute to the efficient delivery of products and services.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in delivering high-quality administration support and wants to make a positive difference through their work.
Working Pattern
- Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
- Monday–Thursday: 7:30am–4:15pm (with 30-minute unpaid break)
- Friday: 7:30am–12:00pm (early finish every Friday)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support across Customer Services and Production functions.
- Process customer orders accurately using internal systems and ensure timely progression through to fulfilment.
- Monitor and manage inbound enquiries, directing requests to the appropriate teams.
- Prepare and process orders into production from Central Planning.
- Maintain and monitor open orders to ensure accurate status tracking and completion.
- Ensure company systems and records remain accurate and up to date.
- Support general office administration and filing activities.
- Receiving inbound deliveries and courier items.
- Shipping off and packing completed orders into boxes, ready for external courier.
- Working to ensure that boxes are ready for daily courier collection.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline administrative processes.
