Job Title: Administrator
Department: Adey Steelshop Ltd
Reporting to: General Manager
Job Function:
To provide administrative support and reception duties for Adey Steelshop Ltd working alongside and supporting Sales, Estimating, and the Contract teams with a variety of administrative tasks. Using Microsoft Office suite, in particular Word and Excel, to help perform their duties.
Job Description:
Admin support for sales, estimating, and contracts team but not limited to:
- Answer phone
- Meeting visitors
- Input Enquiries for housebuilders, counter, and residential
- Complete drawing and design register
- Upload and download to customer portals
- O&M manuals
- Printing House builders call off ITW
- Copy, print, and issue residential drawing for manufacture.
- Input and update transport sheet.
- Print and collate delivery notes
- Update financial meeting minutes
- Collate and file health and safety docs, RAMS, sign-off sheets, contractor handovers.
- Complete Contract conversions to D365, arrange handover meeting, etc.
- Updated contract risk register
- Collate and file site reports
- Update daily cash sheet for payments made to counter.
- Other day-to-day admin duties, issuing reports, arrange teams meeting, etc.

Job Requirements:
- Have an efficient and organized mind and ability to work well with others.
- Must be able to use IT with a good knowledge of Excel and Word and able to use telephone system, spreadsheets a must.
