Salary £25,948.89 per annum

Work Location: Hybrid Working

37 hours per week, Monday - Friday

This is a great opportunity to join our Business Assurance Team as an Administrator and play an important role in supporting the team’s work across governance, data protection, information governance, regulatory compliance, audit and policy & procedure management. You will help us keep key processes running smoothly, maintain accurate records and provide practical support to colleagues across the organisation.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who can provide a consistently high standard of administrative support and customer service to internal and external customers. You will be confident using Microsoft Office (particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint) and will be able to manage a varied workload, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

In this role, you will support the Business Assurance Team across a range of important activities, including:

  • maintaining accurate records, registers and trackers;
  • supporting data protection and access to information processes, including redaction of information for subject access requests in line with guidance;
  • assisting with responses to tenant information requests, including
  • supporting governance administration, including Board, Committee and internal management meetings;
  • co-ordinating training sessions and maintaining attendance records for governance and data protection compliance;
  • raising purchase orders and maintaining budget records for the team.

Working Arrangements

This role has the opportunity to work both from our gorgeous dock-front offices and at home. You should generally expect to be in the office at least 60% of the time, with flexibility given to accommodate business and personal needs.
