Job Title
This is a fantastic opportunity for an administrator to join our fast-paced infrastructure and energy team based out of in our central Leeds office. You will provide efficient administrative support, including preparation of communications and documents, maintenance of file systems, diary management and other administrative duties as required.
The post holder will join a large team working across a range of levels and support functions. Our Leeds office has lots of exciting events going on with various office socials, health & wellbeing and fundraising activities to get involved in, as well as quarterly pizza & quiz events.

Main Tasks
- Produce accurate and well-presented documents including reports, client correspondence and spreadsheets within agreed time frames
- Copy typing, and drafting of letters, reports, etc.
- Assist with invoicing, WIP administration and other financial processes as required
- Formatting of Word and Excel documents prior to client submission
- Management of databases to assist with hitting team KPI’s
- Input to diaries and organisation of meetings including co-ordination with external parties
- Accurately process fee accounts and out of pocket expenses, assisting with budgets and forecasts as required
- Provide a high level of efficiency and customer service to all who visit or contact the office
- Provide general administration support to the office including other partners, managers and staff as reasonably required
- General office duties such as filing, photocopying, etc.
- Maintain close communication with other administrators across different divisions to ensure efficient running of the department at all times

What will it take to be successful?
We are seeking someone who is reliable, proactive and self-motivated with strong customer service and communication skills. You’ll be a strong team player, with the ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines. You will also be IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint & Outlook and comfortable working with databases and any relevant software.
