Administrator | £27,000 | Bradford
Are you an organised Administrator who enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes?
We’re working with a well-established organisation based in West Leeds who are looking for a proactive and detail-focused Administrator to join their busy Account Management team on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is a varied role where you’ll work closely with Account Managers, clients and internal teams, making sure requests are dealt with efficiently, information is kept up to date and all the important admin is taken care of.
What will you be doing?
- Reviewing, processing and monitoring requests through a client maintenance portal
- Providing reports and updates to Account Managers and clients
- Supporting with the administration of client requests and day-to-day tasks
- Managing and responding to emails promptly
- Inputting and maintaining accurate information across internal and external systems
- Producing documents, spreadsheets and control sheets
- Keeping client files and records organised and up to date
- Helping prepare and collate work packs, RAMS and completion documentation
- Making sure documentation is returned, checked, logged and escalated where needed
- Following relevant health & safety and ISO procedures

What are we looking for?
You’ll ideally have previous administration experience within a busy office environment and be someone who naturally enjoys being organised and keeping on top of the detail.
You’ll also need:
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident written and verbal communication
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
- The ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
- A proactive, positive approach
- The ability to work collaboratively within a busy team
