SLR is a global leader in sustainability solutions, working with clients to help make sustainability happen, within a collaborative, people-first culture.
We are looking for an organised and proactive Administrator to join our Business Support team. You’ll provide day-to-day administrative support to colleagues across our Client Facing and Shared Services teams while helping to ensure the office runs efficiently and provides a welcoming environment for colleagues and visitors.
This is a varied role where no two days are quite the same. Working closely with Senior Administrators, Regional Team Leads and the Business Support Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing general administrative and secretarial support across the office and wider business
- Welcoming visitors, coordinating meeting rooms and organising refreshments and hospitality
- Helping maintain a well-organised office environment, including completing regular office checks and monitoring supplies
- Supporting document preparation, formatting, proofreading, scanning, filing and archiving
- Assisting with purchase orders, invoices, travel arrangements, car hire and couriers as required
- Contributing to Business Support sub-teams, including Contracts Review, Travel, Client Registration, PPE and Formatting, helping the team meet its KPIs
- Building positive relationships with colleagues across our Service Lines and Shared Services teams

About You
You’ll be someone who enjoys providing a high standard of support, is comfortable juggling different priorities and takes pride in helping create an organised and welcoming working environment.

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise a varied workload
- A proactive, flexible approach and willingness to support colleagues with a range of administrative tasks
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office applications and comfortable preparing and formatting professional documents
- A professional and welcoming approach when dealing with colleagues, visitors and other contacts
- Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion
- A collaborative approach, with the ability to build positive working relationships across different teams
