About the Role

We're looking for a Client Data Onboarding Administrator to join our Wealth Management team.

This is an important role that sits at the heart of the client onboarding journey, helping to ensure that client information is accurate, secure and maintained to the highest standards. You'll play a key role in delivering a positive client experience by supporting the setup and maintenance of client accounts while ensuring robust controls and data governance are maintained across the business.

Working as part of the Client Data team, you'll collaborate with colleagues across operations, onboarding and client-facing teams to help deliver efficient processes and outstanding service.

This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys working with detail, takes pride in producing accurate work and is looking to develop a long-term career within financial services.

What You'll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

  • Accurately set up and maintain client records for Wealth Management accounts, ensuring data quality and accuracy throughout the client lifecycle.
  • Review and validate client documentation to support timely and compliant account opening.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on data entered by colleagues, helping to maintain high standards and reduce operational risk.
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal queries relating to client accounts and data management processes.
  • Manage team inboxes and departmental telephone enquiries, responding professionally and efficiently.
  • Work closely with colleagues across the business to resolve data-related issues and identify opportunities to improve processes.
  • Monitor for potential data risks, control weaknesses and process inefficiencies, escalating concerns where appropriate.
  • Support fraud prevention efforts by identifying and escalating unusual or potentially suspicious requests.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, helping to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of team processes.
  • Participate in system testing and change projects to ensure client data processes remain robust, accurate and fit for purpose.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
