Delegate Support Administrator

Location: Milton Keynes

Pay Rate: £12.75 per hour
Contract: 3 months initially
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:30 with a one-hour unpaid lunch
Working Pattern: Hybrid – minimum 3 days per week in the Milton Keynes office
Start Date: ASAP

We are currently recruiting for a Delegate Support Administrator to join a busy and established training and development environment based in Milton Keynes.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator or Customer Service professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, providing high-quality support and managing a varied administrative workload.

The Role

As a Delegate Support Administrator, you will provide administrative and customer support to learners and a wider retailer network, acting as a key point of contact for queries and ensuring an excellent level of service is maintained.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a high volume of inbound and outbound telephone calls and emails
  • Responding to general enquiries and providing accurate information and support
  • Providing Learner Management System (LMS) and general administrative support
  • Supporting the administration of technical training levels
  • Processing certificates and relevant certifications
  • Maintaining accurate learner, training and administrative records
  • Creating, following and maintaining internal processes
  • Supporting learners throughout their training journey
  • Working closely with the wider Delegate Support team
  • Attending meetings as required
  • Ensuring a professional and customer-focused service at all times

The position requires someone who can confidently provide support across telephone, email and face-to-face communication while managing multiple priorities.

About You

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:

  • Strong administration experience
  • Previous customer service or customer-facing experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • A proactive approach to planning and managing workload
  • Confidence taking ownership and responsibility for tasks
  • A professional, positive and proactive approach
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
