About the Role
Work within the community cardiology team alongside a team of specialist nurses. Supporting this service with administrative duties and being responsible for communicating with patients around appointments and visits. The post holder will work with other key stakeholders on behalf of the service.
- Advanced typing and transcription of clinical and non-clinical documentation is part of the role.
- The post holder will be involved in the collating, developing, and maintaining databases for information retrieval on behalf of the service.
- Support management of resources in such areas as ordering of supplies and equipment is also part of the role.
- The post holder will support the service in facilitating the patient's journey throughout the services.
