Job Title: Administrator
Location: Wallsend
Salary: £27,000 per annum
Contract: Temporary
Hours: 37 hours per week (Mon-Thurs 8:00-16:30/ Fri 8:00-13:45)
About the Role:
Kinetic Recruitment are currently looking for two Administrators to join a busy manufacturing company based in Wallsend. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organisational skills and attention to detail to support a fast-paced operational team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out general administrative duties to support daily operations
- Accurate data entry and record management
- Converting and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Liaising with team leaders to clarify and verify information
- Maintaining documentation and ensuring records are up to date
- Supporting the wider team with ad hoc administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
