We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator in our Five Oaks (JE2 7GR) branch!

Location
Five Oaks Branch (JE2 7GR)
Hours
Full-time, Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm (we can be flexible with the hours)
Fixed Term Contract – 12 months
We are looking for an organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide general administrative support across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- General administrative and office support duties
- Managing documents and maintaining records
- Assisting with project work alongside the Finance team
- Supporting strategy and compliance initiatives
- Coordinating meetings and preparing reports
- Providing support to management as required
Skills and Experience
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Previous administrative experience would be advantageous
