Administrator (Band 3) – Community Mental Health Service, New Horizons (Slough)
Join our busy operational team and help keep the service running smoothly. You’ll be the first point of contact, provide day-to-day admin support, and make sure data, diaries, communications and office systems are accurate and well organised.
- Manage phone and email enquiries
- Support Service Managers with diary admin (as required)
- Type confidential correspondence
- Maintain electronic/paper records
- Collate and input data
- Help produce service information
- Manage post and communications
- Order stationery/supplies
You must work with discretion and follow Trust policies on confidentiality, data protection and health & safety.
