OPAC Administration Services Job Opening
OPAC Administration Services are recruiting enthusiastic and motivated Administrators to support the Diabetes Service.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be providing patient-focused administration support to a countywide service covering Cambridge, Fenland, Peterborough & Huntingdon. They will liaise with our Nurses and service users to ensure an effective, efficient, and streamlined service.
Responsibilities
- Processing referrals
- Managing waiting and triage lists
- Maintaining accurate service user records
- Handling correspondence and data across multiple IT systems
Requirements
- Communicate professionally with referrers, clinicians, and service users
- Deliver an effective telephone service
- Coordinate interpreters
- Support team operations through scanning, record management, and training of new staff
Location
The roles will be based at our Admin hubs in Huntingdon, Cambourne, Peterborough, or Doddington.
Hours
We currently have 2 part-time vacancies, equating to a total of 45 hours per week. However, we welcome applications from candidates seeking either full-time or part-time administrative roles to collectively fulfil these hours.

Travel
