Part-Time Administration Assistant
Aramark UK is looking to hire a Part-Time Administration Assistant to support the busy Food & Beverage operation at Chessington World of Adventures Resort.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced and energetic team, supporting the day-to-day running of the department through absence tracking and monitoring, maintaining staff records, managing administrative processes, and providing general office support to both the park and hotel teams.
No two days are the same in this varied role, making it ideal for someone who enjoys organisation, teamwork, and working in a lively hospitality environment.
This role is offered on a part-time seasonal basis until 20th November 2026, with a pay rate of up to £12.71 per hour depending on age. There may also be opportunities to pick up extra hours within the on-site Food & Beverage outlets if desired.
Ideally, shifts would be worked on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and we're happy to discuss shift timings at interview.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the park and hotel teams
- Maintain staff trackers and ensure all information is kept up to date
- Take ownership of the admin inbox
- Process supplier invoices, reconcile statements, chase invoices, and liaise with suppliers
- Maintain accurate filing systems
- Support with ad hoc projects as required

About You
You'll ideally have an administrative and operations background and be highly organised. The role is varied, so we require a flexible approach towards your responsibilities and the ability to always maintain confidentiality.
- Previous experience in an administrative role would be advantageous
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is essential
- IT literate with capability to use financial and stock management systems proficiently
- An excellent communicator with strong attention to detail and a true team player
- Strong levels of numeracy and written skill
- Hands-on practical approach, with the ability to carry out operational tasks efficiently and accurately
