Administrator / Data Inputter

Description
- Accurately input and update data into company systems and databases.
- Organise and maintain electronic and physical files as needed.
- Prepare and process documents for internal use or external distribution.
- Support the team with general administrative duties as required.
- Respond to email and phone enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with scheduling and organising meetings or appointments.
- Ensure compliance with company data handling and confidentiality policies.

Profile
A successful Administrator / Data Inputter should have:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with data.
- Good organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience with common office software such as Microsoft Office.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Job Offer
- Hourly rate of £14.00 - £16.00 dependent on the level of experience.
- Temporary contract offering flexibility.
