This is a challenging and demanding role within our support services. The Administrator will be responsible for the administrative and clerical support to members of the service staff, co-ordinating and supporting the day-to-day administration functions as such is key to the success of the support we provide.
Working closely with the Regional Business Partner and Service Managers to support with the service administration requirements and logistical functions of individual services, such as rota development, handling the administration function of some databases and local and organisational processes.
About You
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop effective working relationships
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and staying focused to complete tasks to a high standard
- Being self-motivated and able to work to a high standard with minimal supervision
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage changing priorities
- The ability to work as part of a team to complete daily duties and also respond to operational demand
- Microsoft office skills in Excel & Word
