Adminstrator (EHS Department) - Ashford

Responsibilities

  • Process EHS Purchase requisitions on ARIBA portal.
  • Goods receipting of EHS invoices timeously.
  • Issue access cards to employees, visitors, and contractors.
  • Update as required access rights on JANUS.
  • Update EHS inspections across site and place orders to address inspection non-conformances.
  • Issue SpecSavers vouchers to employees.
  • Issue Temporary disabled parking permits to employees.
  • Sign off EHS Permits when necessary.
  • Review and update EHS documentation on the EHSMS.
  • Review Contractor safety files together with Contractor Supervisors.
  • Update EHS monthly and quarterly data on Bluesuite as received from Engineering and Waste Management departments.
  • Consolidate and Update EHS Incidents reports on the EHS Incident Reporting tracker.
  • Other tasks administrative tasks assigned by EHS manager.

Ideal Candidate

  • 2-3 years practice in administrative area
  • Good computer skills: MS Office, SAP
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
