About the Role
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and organised Administrator to join our friendly and dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting Recruitment Consultants throughout the recruitment process
- Conducting database searches to identify suitable candidates
- Sourcing candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and our internal database
- Completing initial candidate screening interviews
- Assisting with the management and updating of our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Answering incoming calls, directing enquiries, and taking messages
- Maintaining and updating our candidate database
- Providing general administrative support to the team

About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with excellent communication skills
- Motivated, proactive, and able to work using their own initiative
- Confident, professional, and eager to learn
- Able to think creatively and solve problems
- A strong team player with a positive work ethic
