About the Role

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and organised Administrator to join our friendly and dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting Recruitment Consultants throughout the recruitment process
  • Conducting database searches to identify suitable candidates
  • Sourcing candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and our internal database
  • Completing initial candidate screening interviews
  • Assisting with the management and updating of our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Answering incoming calls, directing enquiries, and taking messages
  • Maintaining and updating our candidate database
  • Providing general administrative support to the team

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organised with excellent communication skills
  • Motivated, proactive, and able to work using their own initiative
  • Confident, professional, and eager to learn
  • Able to think creatively and solve problems
