Office Administrator
Altrad are currently looking for a versatile and proactive individual to join our team in a hybrid role as an Office Administrator on Ellesmere Port / Warrington for site works.
This position is split between managing essential office operations and assisting with outdoor yard duties. A valid, full UK driving licence is strictly required for this role, as you will be required to move vehicles or make local deliveries.
This role will involve working 38 hour weeks Monday - Friday on a permanent basis.

The position is paid under local agreements (£13.53 per hour + £1.60 hourly bonus), must be local to the Ellesmere Port / Warrington region.
Key Deliverables
- Handling incoming phone calls and emails.
- Processing orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
- Maintaining digital and physical filing systems.
- Greeting visitors and providing excellent customer service.
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
- Organizing stock and maintaining a clean, safe yard environment.
- Conducting regular stock checks and inventory counts.
- Moving company vehicles and operating machinery (if applicable)

Key Requirements / Qualifications
- Must possess a full, clean driving licence.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with computers (Word, Excel, Email).
- Ability to handle physical, outdoor work in all weather conditions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Be local to the Ellesmere Port / Warrington region.
